Meet Daniel Cabrera

Mr. Cabrera is a dedicated and experienced attorney whose diverse professional background gives him a unique perspective on the practice of law. Before becoming an attorney, Mr. Cabrera spent over 14 years as an insurance broker in his family’s business, where he developed a deep understanding of the insurance industry and the real-world challenges faced by individuals and businesses alike.

After deciding to pursue his lifelong interest in advocacy, Mr. Cabrera attended Loyola Law School, Los Angeles, where he earned his Juris Doctor degree, following his undergraduate studies at Loyola Marymount University. Upon passing the California Bar, he began his legal career on the plaintiff’s side of personal injury law, representing individuals who had been injured due to the negligence of others.

Mr. Cabrera later expanded his expertise to include labor and employment law, advocating for employees in matters involving wrongful termination, discrimination, and workplace retaliation. In 2021, he joined Kemper Insurance as an in-house trial attorney, where he honed his litigation and trial skills from the defense perspective. He later served in a similar capacity with American Family Insurance for three years.

Ultimately, Mr. Cabrera realized that his passion lay in fighting for individuals rather than corporations. His experience on both sides of the courtroom gives him invaluable insight into how insurance companies and defense counsel approach claims—allowing him to strategically and effectively advocate for his clients.

Mr. Cabrera now proudly represents plaintiffs, using his extensive industry knowledge, trial experience, and commitment to justice to help injured individuals secure the best possible outcomes in their cases.
